Construction of the Uganda Business Facilitation Centre (UBFC) a 16 level offices block on plot 1 Baskerville Avenue, Kololo, Kampala that will house three Government institutions: Uganda Investment Authority; Uganda Registration Services Bureau; Capital Markets Authority and with a floor for the Government One Stop Centre. Construction at 90% completion rate.
