The Government of the Republic of Uganda received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Competitiveness and Enterprise Development Project (CEDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for the Construction of the Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (UHTTI) on Plot 3 and 5 Nalufenya Road, Jinja Uganda.
